Konica Minolta LCR

Konica Minolta’s global learning requirements were being managed by individual regions with no central database from which to draw material or update new content. Content was being changed all the time, causing multilingual issues, so the Konica Minolta team came to Fusion for help.

In response, Fusion scoped an online application that enables new course materials to be submitted into a Learning Content Repository (LCR). Once new content has been submitted, it is distributed globally through a workflow process for sign-off by training managers, and is then sent back to the author for review. Approved content is automatically delegated to translators for translation and upload into the system and training materials (including examinations) can be exported for import into various Konica Minolta learning management systems around the world, making it a one-stop-shop for training.
