As one of the largest credit unions in Australia, People’s Choice Credit Union recognises the need to evolve with advances in financial technology. Fusion worked with People’s Choice to realise their holistic digital strategy centred around the concept of a ‘digital branch’ that guides its members through a personalised banking experience. After the development of the core digital strategy, the Executive of People’s Choice has engaged Fusion to further develop related strategies on the themes of ‘omni-channel seamlessness’ and ‘financial coaching’.
