Digital Project Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Adelaide. This role requires someone who is confident in project management and project team leadership, and relationship-building with clients and the Fusion team. You should have in-depth digital knowledge, a proven track record in project managing digital projects and managing clients, their expectations and multiple stakeholders, with the ability to communicate with senior management.

As a Digital Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships, digital development projects and marketing initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for growth through existing client relationships
  • Ability to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver solutions that match our client's needs
  • Delivering projects within scope, on-time and on-budget
  • Work with management and production teams to develop project plans and budgets
  • Financial and Status Reporting

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • 2+ years of digital project management experience 
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Demonstrable experience in managing client projects with a high component of digital work. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple team members and multiple projects
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written) - team leadership, client presentation, negotiation.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, AHA. Confluence and WorkflowMax is desirable.

Full Stack .Net Developer

This role requires a high level of proficiency in web development technologies including back-end languages and frameworks, front-end scripting and libraries, and code management and deployment.

As an experienced .NET developer, your role will be to work closely with both the creative and technical teams, playing a key part in the development and delivery of websites, mobile applications, online products and web-based applications.

You'll be working within and helping mature Fusion's development standards of code style, organisation and testing processes.

Must have experience in:

  • Commercial Web Application Development – Experience in some/all of the following would be beneficial: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, Java, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Developing responsive and fluid websites with and without popular frameworks – e.g. Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • CSS Preprocessors – e.g. SASS or LESS.
  • Client Side MVC –  e.g. React, Vue.js or Angular.
  • Familiarity with mobile optimised web development practices
  • Experience developing with EPiServer, Kentico, or Sitecore looked upon favourably but not mandatory
  • Full web development lifecycle:
  • Issue tracking

  • Formalised testing

Product UX/UI Designer

Product UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a highly motivated experienced digital UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating user experiences across varied digital platforms (Web/Mobile). If you excel in designing high-end, user-centric websites and apps, this is the opportunity you have been looking for.

As a UX/UI designer your responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and internal team members to deliver exceptional online UX and UI designs for the client and the users.
  • Actively contribute to improving our creativity and processes, sharing your ideas with the wider team.
  • Provide direction across a variety of digital products.
  • Produce effective designs in a variety of formats such as sketches, storyboards, wireframes, concepts, animations and clickable prototypes etc.
  • Working across multiple disciplines (conceptualizer, UX, designer and tester).
    Working with and supporting other team members throughout the execution of various projects.
  • Confidently validating and rationalizing design decisions to key stakeholders when presenting your design work.
  • Attending workshops with key stakeholders.
  • Champion for upholding design and craft standards.
  • Exporting visual assets for development team to implement.
  • Contribute to business process improvements.
  • Quoting and high level estimation.


You will have the following skills and experience:

  • 6+ years’ experience working as a dedicated digital UX/UI designer.
  • Proficient in applying user-centred design methodologies and design thinking to design solutions.
  • Strong experience using the following design tools: Sketch, Invision, JIRA, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication & presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team from requirements/brief through to design. 
  • Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of accessibility best practices across the digital Web/Mobile platforms.
  • Experience in designing solutions for adaptive & responsive environments.
  • Experience in maintaining and developing consistent design systems across multiple platforms and projects (e.g. iOS, Android).
  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android devices and operating systems/UI standards.
  • Evaluating and identifying product design improvements.
  • Ability to manage your own time to deliver to the highest standards, paying attention to detail.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for work assigned.
  • Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
  • A portfolio of proven experience to showcase your outstanding design achievements.

Nice to have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in using After effects / Final Cut Pro for motion graphics and video editing (Lottie files for UI animations).
  • Ability or interest in evaluating and learning new software.
  • Front end development capabilities (HTML, CSS).
  •  Understanding of CSS and HTML best practices.
