Digital Product / Project Coordinator

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Adelaide. This full-time role requires someone who is able to work closely with the Product Manager and various teams to assist with the delivery of multiple mobile application projects.

As a Digital Product Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting processes related to end-to-end release activities across digital product management 
  • Collaborating with and providing support to Development, Design and Deployment teams
  • Maintaining product documentation
  • Coordinating customer support request triage, release approvals and support production deployments
  • Status and workflow tracking
  • Responding to client questions and coordinating the resolution of issues
  • Allocating ongoing remediation and maintenance tasks 
  • Feature testing

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to prioritise and set goals on shifting priorities
  • Customer focused 
  • Energetic, detail and solution oriented
  • Organised and flexible
  • Analytical
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Sense of urgency 
  • Good time management

Highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ideally in the mobile space
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Aha

Experienced Android Developer

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join us in this growth area for well-known brands. As an experienced Android developer, you will be collaborating alongside user experience architects, designers and fellow developers, working together in a fast paced agile environment either from our studio or remotely from home anywhere in Australia.

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable 5+ years experience with Android Studio, Java, Kotlin and the Android SDK
  • Outstanding engineering talent, proven by great work results and experience, interesting hobby projects or open source contributions
  • Knowledgeable in writing test cases as well as using source code management software within a programming team
  • Experience in integrating with, designing or developing back-end APIs
  • Experience developing in a SAAS model environment  would be beneficial
  • Familiarity using feature and issue tracking software
  • Genuine passion about software development 
  • Fast learning and effective problem solving, as well as a thirst for innovation and expanding your skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assess, estimate, plan and self-manage project work
  • Good cultural fit in a fast growing and dynamic company
