Android Developer

We are looking for an Android Developer to join us in this growth area for well-known (and soon to be well-known) brands. As an app developer, you will be at home in our Adelaide studio alongside user experience architects, designers and fellow developers, working together to create app experiences that people love.    

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience with Android Studio, Java, Kotlin and the Android SDK, including some quality Google Play apps that you can show us
  • Outstanding engineering talent, proven by great work results and experience, interesting hobby projects or open source contributions
  • Knowledgeable in writing test cases as well as using source code management software within a programming team
  • Experience in integrating with, designing or developing back-end APIs
  • Experience developing in a SAAS model environment  would be beneficial
  • Familiarity using feature and issue tracking software
  • Genuine passion about software development 
  • Fast learning and effective problem solving, as well as a thirst for innovation and expanding your skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to assess, estimate, plan and self-manage project work
  • Good cultural fit in a fast growing and dynamic company

Digital Project Manager

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team in Adelaide. This role requires someone who is confident in project management and project team leadership, and relationship-building with clients and the Fusion team. You should have in-depth digital knowledge, a proven track record in project managing digital projects and managing clients, their expectations and multiple stakeholders, with the ability to communicate with senior management.

As a Digital Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client relationships, digital development projects and marketing initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities for growth through existing client relationships
  • Ability to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver solutions that match our client's needs
  • Delivering projects within scope, on-time and on-budget
  • Work with management and production teams to develop project plans and budgets
  • Financial and Status Reporting

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • 2+ years of digital project management experience 
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Demonstrable experience in managing client projects with a high component of digital work. 
  • Excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple team members and multiple projects
  • Superior communication skills (verbal and written) - team leadership, client presentation, negotiation.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Managing budgets
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, AHA. Confluence and WorkflowMax is desirable.

Full Stack .Net Developer

This role requires a high level of proficiency in web development technologies including back-end languages and frameworks, front-end scripting and libraries, and code management and deployment.

As an experienced .NET developer, your role will be to work closely with both the creative and technical teams, playing a key part in the development and delivery of websites, mobile applications, online products and web-based applications.

You'll be working within and helping mature Fusion's development standards of code style, organisation and testing processes.

Must have experience in:

  • Commercial Web Application Development – Experience in some/all of the following would be beneficial: C#, ASP.NET, MVC, SQL, Java, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Node.js, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Developing responsive and fluid websites with and without popular frameworks – e.g. Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • CSS Preprocessors – e.g. SASS or LESS.
  • Client Side MVC –  e.g. React, Vue.js or Angular.
  • Familiarity with mobile optimised web development practices
  • Experience developing with EPiServer, Kentico, or Sitecore looked upon favourably but not mandatory

As a senior app developer, you will be at home in our Adelaide studio alongside user experience architects, designers and fellow developers, working together to create app experiences that people love.    

You will have the following skills/experience:

  • Demonstrable experience integrating with Apples frameworks using Swift and Objective-C, including some quality iOS apps that you can show us
  • A thorough understanding of continuous integration and automated deployment using XCode and external tools
  • A desire to craft your own tools and utilities to improve the quality and maintainability of projects you work on
  • Outstanding engineering talent, proven by great work results and experience, interesting hobby projects or open source contributions
  • Background in protocol-oriented programming, writing test cases as well as using source code management software within a programming team
  • Experience in integrating with, designing or developing back-end APIs
  • Familiarity using feature and issue tracking software
  • Genuine passion about software development 
  • Fast learning and effective problem solving, as well as a thirst for innovation and expanding your skills
