Challenge After a Discovery trip to Bunnings, we gained the insight that people had difficulty choosing from the huge range of Munns lawn products on offer in store.
Solution When designing the Munns website, we crafted assets that could be easily re-purposed for an iPad App. With its simple interface, the seed selector helps customers to choose the best product for their unique situation.
Result Currently in several Bunnings stores across Victoria, the iPad App is a hard working sales assistant that's not only helping customers choose the right seed, but it's also working hard for Munns with in-built analytics that capture a raft of data useful for future product design.
