Fusion played a very significant role in what turned out to be the biggest National "non-event" of 2014, that is the disruption free switch from signature to PIN for most Australian credit and debit card users. The PINwise website developed by Fusion was instrumental in informing and preparing both merchants and consumers for the August 2014 switch from signature to PIN for credit and debit cards.

The website was a very important channel for both parties to locate information around the change so it was critical the website was easy to navigate and user friendly. With virtually all major financial institutions involved, changes to content were often dropped in at the last minute with Fusion always stepping up to the plate. Fusion delivered beyond our expectations and were a pleasure to deal with over the 2+ years of the communication programme.
