Challenge  Medallion wanted a refreshed brand identity to complement the new style of their redeveloped website.

Solution  With a series of Brand Focus workshops, we worked closely with Medallion to uncover many of the little known truths about the business behind the brand - known only by their customers. These insights informed our redesign of their new logo.

Result  As well as an alluring website, Medallion now also have a refreshed brand identity and new tagline that truly reflects the core of what they offer: “Pleasure You Deserve”.
Challenge  Design a high quality website that conveys the same calibre of excellence in a Medallion home.

Solution  Employing seductive video, interactive information panels and beautifully shot photography to tell their story throughout the website, we created a digital platform to truly reflect the stunning quality and sheer beauty of the Medallion Homes journey.

Result  Medallion now have an alluring website that dramatically increased traffic from the moment it went live. It showcases their unique processes and attention to detail, inviting contact and increasing leads.
Challenge  Create a tagline Medallion could use throughout their collateral.

Solution  Building on from the insights uncovered in our Brand Process workshop, we created a tagline that easily articulates the experience of a Medallion Homes' customer.

Challenge  Define, articulate and document the heart and soul of the Medallion Homes experience

Solution  From the findings of the Brand Focus workshops, we provided a central document that all existing and new staff can refer to as a guide to the brand, its values and the correct use of its communication assets.
