Creating a 3D animating character

Challenge SA Lotteries' advertising agency had come up with a strap line, "You don't know how lucky you'd be until you scratch a money bee." The agency wanted a commercial with an animating bee being scratched by a hand. The bee character was to have the feeling of being warm loveable and cute, but not babyish. The bee had to have personality, and not be a wacky mistrustful character. Fusion brought these ideas to fruition. Read more

People read online in an F shape

From your own experience you know that reading a computer screen is very different from reading a book. A recent study by Jakob Nielson found that people read website content in an ‘F’ shaped pattern. Nielson recorded 232 people looking at web pages with eye tracking software. The typical pattern common with most readers was an F shape showing scanning behaviour instead of deliberate reading. Read more

SA Tourism - Limestone Coast & Fleurieu Peninsula TV commercial

Challenge We were engaged to create a branding commercial for the Limestone Coast and Fleurieu Peninsula regions for SA Tourism. The brief was, "Great reds, fine whites and brilliant blues." The treatment needed to have it's own personality for the region yet be sensitive to other materials that had been created for the campaign. The commercial was compiled from the existing library of SA Tourism footage. Read more

The festival celebrates and showcases Chinese artistic endeavours.
